Questions about paying
Which plan should I choose?
If you will prepare for more than six months, the 12-month plan costs less. If your test is a few months away, monthly is cheaper and you can stop when you have sat it.
Does the 12-month plan renew?
No. It is a single payment. When the 12 months end, nothing more is charged.
How do I cancel the monthly plan?
On your account page, in one click. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and no further payment is taken.
How do I pay?
By card, on a secure payment page run by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in Australian dollars.
Can a parent pay?
Yes. Sign in to the student's account and pay with any card. The charge appears on the statement as PREPFORDOC.
