The free full mock opens shortly.
Until then, the sample mock runs all four subtests on the same exam screen, with no account needed. Create a free account and it will be on your Mocks page the day it opens.
What you sit
- Verbal Reasoning: 44 questions in 22 minutes
- Decision Making: 35 questions in 37 minutes
- Quantitative Reasoning: 36 questions in 26 minutes
- Situational Judgement: 69 questions in 26 minutes
Each subtest has its own clock and its own timed instruction screen, exactly as on the day. When a subtest's time runs out you move on and cannot go back. A +25% version is there if you have extended time. Every question is answered independently a second time and its arithmetic and diagrams are verified before you see it, and a passage or data set is used only if every question on it passes.
What you get at the end
- An estimated scaled score for each subtest and a total, which you can set against last year's percentiles.
- Every question with its answer and a worked explanation, including why the wrong options are wrong.
- Where the marks went: left blank, rushed, run over time or a wrong method.
- The kinds of question that cost you most, each linked to practice on that kind.
Scaled scores are estimates, because the real scaling is not published. They are labelled that way throughout.
Before you start
- Use a computer with a keyboard and mouse. The real test is not sat on a phone, and nor is this.
- Set aside two hours somewhere quiet. The clock does not pause.
- Have paper and a pen for working, as you will have a notebook on the day.
- New to the test? Spend ten minutes on how the exam screen works first, or start with a few practice questions.
Why it is free
A mock is the quickest way to find out where you stand, and you should be able to see what a service is like before paying for it. If you want more mocks and the whole question bank afterwards, the price is on one page. If you do not, the results are still yours.
